Will I be able to take this exam? How difficult or easy can it get as it’s a completely new product to the Sitecore world? Am I the only one freaking out? Will notes and tasks from Sitecore CDP deep dive training would suffice? These are all questions I found myself asking when preparing to take the new Sitecore CDP and Personalize Certification Exam which was released this December.
After completing the exam, however, I can tell you the answer to all the previous questions is – “Luckily Nope, it was not that difficult at all and Deep dive training did help a lot !!!”
While studying for the exam, I had to go through multiple documentation links and resources – so today I am here to share my experience and what I wish I knew before becoming a CDP certified.
Exam Format and Competencies
Similar to other Sitecore certifications, CDP Certification is also a multi-choice exam proctored through Webassessor. You would be presented with 30 questions and in order to earn certification, you would need to score at least 80% (24 questions must be answered correctly).
Competencies expected includes :
- Sitecore CDP and Personalize Platform
- Solution Design
- Integrations
- Experiences
- Performance Management
- Operational Maintenance
